Delivery Policy


Confirmation & Delivery (Tickets)

  • Upon successful completion of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation containing your reservation details and e-ticket.
  • Your e-ticket will be delivered to the email address provided during the booking process.
  • In most cases, e-tickets are available for download or view immediately after confirmation. Please check your email inbox and spam folder if you do not receive it promptly.

Delivery / Shipping (Merchandise)

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 7–10 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
